Keyword Tool

Keyword Tool allows webmarketers like myself keep track of the current trends. It offers a global overview of top trending topics in your niche and gives you the opportunity to possibly surf the current waves.

Tailwind

Tailwind was initially conceived for Pinterest users. It is the perfect tool to help you schedule posts for the upcoming weeks thus taking the burden off your shoulders. It isn’t the easiest or most fluid tool out there, but it certainly is one of the most effective in driving traffic, hence views and potential leads.

I use buffer to schedule posts on Instagram and LinkedIn mostly. It’s easy to use, has clean design and is free.

Zapier

In the age of automation, Zapier is king. It allows users integrate various Web applications and increase productivity.

Airtable

Airtable works like a spreadsheet but gives you the possibility to organize anything in style. It is graphically very pleasing to the eye, highly responsive and offers great fluidity within it. A must-have for structure-nazis like myself

Notion

Notion is a note-taking and collaboration application with markdown support that also integrates tasks, wikis, and databases.

Really helpful in project and task management, as well as note-taking and organizational purposes.

Moz

Moz’s mission statement is “there’s a smarter way to do SEO” and I believe it describes their tool perfectly.

Moz will track performance of your traffic-driving keywords across 170+ search engines, thus helping establish a map and a thorough SEO strategy. It will also perform a Backlink analysis AND help you find thousands of keywords to target along with Keyword Difficulty scores, competitor research, and SERP analysis.
